Imagine It! LLC, d/b/a Imagine It! SAS, is an Arizona limited liability company (“Imagine It!”, “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit https://peacefullyaligned.com, submit a form, request or purchase a Peacefully Aligned Human Design offering, schedule or attend a session, upload documents or files, subscribe to communications, or otherwise interact with our Peacefully Aligned Human Design services.

Peacefully Aligned Human Design is a public-facing Human Design coaching brand, program, or offering operated by Imagine It! LLC. This Privacy Policy applies to Peacefully Aligned Human Design and to any additional Human Design coaching products, services, programs, reports, sessions, resources, or related offerings made available by Imagine It! LLC.

By using our website or submitting information to us, you acknowledge that you have read this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with this Privacy Policy, please do not use the website or submit personal information through the website or related service channels.

1. Scope of This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all Human Design services offered by Imagine It! LLC, including Peacefully Aligned Human Design and future or additional Human Design products and services.

This Privacy Policy does not govern non-Human Design services that Imagine It! LLC may provide now or in the future unless those services expressly link to or adopt this Privacy Policy.

This Privacy Policy also does not apply to third-party websites, platforms, payment processors, scheduling tools, video conferencing platforms, analytics providers, email platforms, Human Design chart tools, or other services that we do not own or control. Those third parties may have their own privacy policies and terms.

2. Nature of Our Human Design Coaching & Mentoring Services

Our Human Design offerings are intended for self-discovery, education, reflection, personal growth, and personal or professional development. Our services may include Human Design charts, reports, guided review sessions, deeper-dive sessions, mentoring, coaching, session recordings, AI transcription, and uploaded client materials, and related communications.

Our Human Design services are not licensed medical, mental health, legal, financial, therapeutic, crisis, professional services, nor are they meant to provide medical, mental health, legal, financial, therapeutic, or crisis diagnosis or help. Information you provide should not include medical records, mental health records, financial account information, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information unless specifically requested and necessary for a defined service purpose.

3. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect the following categories of information:

·         Contact information, including first name, last name, email address, phone number, and communication preferences.

·         Service selection information, including selected offering, interest in current or future Human Design products, whether you have received an “Intro to You” report, session preferences, support topics, and custom coaching and mentoring interests.

·         Human Design birth information, including birth date, birth time, and birth location, for chart generation, report preparation, session preparation, and related Human Design coaching and mentoring services.

·         Personal reflection and coaching information that you choose to provide, such as questions, goals, areas of interest, relationship or career themes, personal growth topics, professional development topics, life context, and other information submitted in forms, emails, uploads, or sessions.

·         Session information, including scheduling details, attendance details, session notes, coaching notes, topics discussed, action items, follow-up items, and related service records.

·         Session recordings, where a session is recorded with appropriate notice or consent. Recordings may include audio, video, screen share, chat, transcript, or other session-related content depending on the platform used.

·         Uploaded materials, including files, documents, images, screenshots, questionnaires, worksheets, or other materials you choose to provide through the website, email, scheduling process, or other approved methods.

·         Payment-related information, including selected payment method, amount, payment status, transaction confirmation, date of payment, and related accounting or order fulfillment records. For electronic payments, we link to external payment platforms and do not collect full credit card numbers or PCI cardholder data on our website.

·         Scheduling and communication information, including preferred session times, booking details, manual scheduling communications, Microsoft Bookings details, Microsoft Teams or Zoom session information, and Microsoft 365 email communications.

·         Website, device, and usage information, including IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, and website analytics data, including information collected through Cloudflare Analytics or similar tools.

·         Newsletter and marketing preference information, including whether you subscribe to an email newsletter, consent to receive updates, unsubscribe, or otherwise manage communication preferences.

4. How We Collect Information

We may collect information in the following ways:

·         Directly from you when you complete forms, request offerings, provide birth information, submit uploads, purchase or request services, schedule sessions, attend sessions, subscribe to a newsletter, or communicate with us.

·         Through the website and related technology, including website forms, Payload / Pages Studio functionality, Cloudflare Analytics, server logs, and similar website operation tools.

·         Through third-party tools and service providers, including payment platforms, Human Design chart applications, Microsoft Bookings, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, email newsletter tools, scheduling tools, analytics tools, website hosting tools, and other service providers we may use in the future.

·         From communications you initiate by email, phone, web forms, payment notes, uploaded files, meeting chat, scheduling requests, or other contact methods.

5. How We Use Information

We may use personal information for the following purposes:

·         To provide, manage, and improve Human Design services, including charts, reports, sessions, mentoring, coaching, educational resources, and future Human Design products.

·         To prepare Human Design charts and reports using birth date, birth time, and birth location.

·         To enter birth information into a third-party Human Design chart application or related tool for chart, report, or session preparation.

·         To store and reference generated charts, reports, notes, recordings, uploaded materials, and related service records for service delivery and follow-up.

·         To review service selection forms and guide clients to the appropriate next step, including payment options, scheduling, report preparation, or custom coaching follow-up.

·         To process and reconcile payments made through external payment platforms, Venmo, Zelle, personal check, or future payment methods.

·         To schedule, confirm, reschedule, conduct, record, and follow up on sessions through Microsoft Bookings, manual scheduling, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Microsoft 365 email, or other tools.

·         To respond to inquiries, provide customer support, send service-related communications, and maintain business records.

·         To send newsletters, resources, updates, announcements, or marketing communications where you have opted in or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

·         To monitor website performance, understand website usage, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, and improve user experience.

·         To comply with legal obligations, enforce terms, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, protect security, and protect the rights, property, or safety of Imagine It! LLC, clients, service providers, or others.

6. Human Design Birth Information

Human Design chart preparation typically requires birth date, birth time, and birth location. We collect and use birth information only for Human Design chart generation, report preparation, session preparation, coaching support, and related Human Design service delivery.

Birth information may be entered into a third-party Human Design chart application or related tool. The name of the third-party Human Design chart tool is: Neutrino Platform. User agrees to their Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions found at their website: https://neutrinoplatform.com/

Generated charts or reports may be stored by Imagine It! LLC and may also be stored or processed within the third-party Human Design chart application. We may email or otherwise deliver charts or reports to you, and we may retain copies as part of our service records.

7. Session Notes, Recordings, and Uploads

We may create or retain session notes or coaching notes to support continuity of service, prepare for future sessions, document selected topics, track follow-up items, and improve the coaching experience.

Sessions may be recorded. When sessions are recorded, recordings may include audio, video, screen sharing, chat, transcription, AI transcription and analysis, or other session-related content depending on the platform. Recordings may be used for client reference, service delivery, internal review, documentation, or other purposes disclosed at the time of recording.

You may be able to upload or send documents, files, images, worksheets, screenshots, or other materials. Please do not upload or send medical records, mental health records, financial account information, government identification numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information unless specifically requested and necessary for the service.

8. Payments and External Payment Platforms

For electronic payments, we may link to external payment platforms such as Venmo, Zelle, or future payment providers. We may also accept personal checks or other payment methods we choose to offer in the future.

Our website does not collect or store PCI cardholder data. We do not intend to collect full credit card numbers, debit card numbers, bank account credentials, or similar payment credentials directly through peacefullyaligned.com. Electronic payment information is processed by third-party payment providers according to their own privacy policies, security practices, and terms.

We may receive or maintain limited payment-related records, such as amount paid, date paid, payment method, selected offering, payment status, transaction memo, confirmation information, and related accounting or service fulfillment records.

9. Cookies, Analytics, and Website Technologies

We currently use Cloudflare Analytics to understand website performance and usage. Cloudflare Analytics and related website technologies may process information such as IP address, device information, browser information, page visits, performance data, approximate location derived from IP address, and related technical information.

We do not currently intend to use cookies for marketing or advertising tracking. However, we may elect to use cookies, pixels, tags, retargeting, marketing analytics, or similar technologies in the future. If we do, we will update this Privacy Policy and, where required, provide appropriate notices or consent mechanisms.

You may be able to control cookies through your browser settings. Some website functionality may not work properly if cookies or similar technologies are disabled.

10. Email Newsletter and Marketing Communications

If you subscribe to our email newsletter or otherwise opt in to receive communications, we may send you resources, updates, announcements, offering information, or other Human Design-related communications.

·         Scheduling and communication providers. We may use Microsoft Bookings, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, manual scheduling methods, and other tools to schedule and deliver services.

We may disclose information if we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights, prevent fraud, investigate security incidents, enforce agreements, or protect the safety of clients, our business, service providers, or others.

·         Business transfers. We may disclose information in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, reorganization, financing, or transfer of all or part of the business.

·         With your consent. We may share information when you direct us to do so or otherwise provide consent.

We do not intend to sell personal information. We also do not intend to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising unless specifically disclosed and legally reviewed.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected. This may include different retention periods for form submissions, birth information, charts, reports, session notes, recordings, uploaded files, payment records, scheduling records, newsletter records, analytics data, and email communications.

Counsel should review and finalize retention periods and deletion procedures, especially for session recordings, uploaded files, birth information, and coaching notes.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. However, no website, email system, internet transmission, video conferencing platform, cloud storage system, payment platform, or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

We currently plan to serve clients located in the United States only. The website may still be accessible from outside the United States. Counsel should review whether additional international privacy disclosures, transfer mechanisms, or consent language is needed if clients outside the United States are served in the future.

Our website and Human Design coaching services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
